Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office and front-desk inquiries, providing assistance to employees, clients, and visitors.

  • Greet all visitors, vendors, and guests with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a welcoming experience.

  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance, including coordination of orders and vendor relations.

  • Coordinate interview and meeting schedules, managing logistics to ensure seamless operations.

  • Support internal teams with administrative duties, scheduling, and organizational needs.

  • Assist in planning and coordinating on-site events, meetings, and company lunches.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services efficiently.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment that reflects the company’s culture.

  • Liaise with building management for facility-related issues, maintenance, and repairs.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office coordination role.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; professional demeanor and approachable personality.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

  • Positive, energetic, and solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Experience working in a corporate or professional services environment preferred.
