Description:

SP+ (SP Plus), a leading provider of AI-powered, checkout-free parking solutions, is seeking an Office Manager to oversee administrative operations at its regional office in Atlanta, GA. The role ensures smooth office functioning, supervises clerical staff, manages records and office supplies, and supports various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee general office maintenance, records management, vending services, office supplies, phone systems, mail services, and office equipment.

  • Supervise and train customer service/clerical personnel.

  • Support billing, payment requests, visitor parking setup, and parking account management.

  • Ensure all new hire paperwork is submitted to Corporate HR for payroll setup.

  • Maintain correspondence files and electronic or hard copy filing.

  • Handle additional administrative duties such as making travel arrangements, processing expense reports, and responding to customer inquiries regarding parking services.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant administrative/bookkeeping/clerical experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Self-starter with ability to prioritize, problem solve, multitask, delegate, and lead.

  • Professional appearance and presentation; strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Experience with databases (e.g., AS400) is beneficial.
