Description:

Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes is seeking a highly organized, energetic, and proactive Learning Center Office Manager to join its Alpharetta Learning Center team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of office operations, including account management, scheduling, project management, and customer service. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and plays a key part in maintaining the culture of friendly, professional service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple phone lines and greeting clients in a welcoming manner.

  • Creating and maintaining weekly schedules for students and staff, ensuring efficient communication of changes.

  • Managing accounts receivable, invoicing, and timely collection of payments, along with bank deposits.

  • Processing accurate bi-weekly payroll for staff.

  • Organizing and supervising safety procedures and office appearance.

  • Coordinating recruitment processes with HR, including screening and interviews.

  • Supporting sales and marketing efforts by scheduling appointments, organizing events, and providing service information.

  • Utilizing various platforms including Salesforce, Google Workspace, Dayforce, and internal scheduling programs.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Experience handling complex scheduling for at least 10–20 staff and students.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with Apple software and GSuite preferred.


Compensation & Benefits:
