Description:
EY is seeking a skilled and motivated On-Site Technical Support Specialist to join their team in Jericho, NY. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless IT operations by providing direct technical support to staff across various platforms and devices. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, in-depth technical expertise, and exceptional customer service abilities to maintain high operational standards within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on support to staff on-site, off-site, or at client engagement locations.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and audiovisual (AV) issues including PCs, Macs, Microsoft Surface Hubs, Crestron, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and other related technologies.
Configure, reset, and manage AV and network-connected devices ensuring seamless functionality across all systems.
Manage ServiceNow tickets by prioritizing requests and adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
Support Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, and Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office 365.
Handle hardware asset management including shipping, receiving, tracking, and disposal.
Provide printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting services.
Offer event and meeting support, occasionally requiring travel to other EY locations or client sites.
Deliver VIP/white glove technical assistance and provide after-hours support when necessary.
Act as remote hands for network operations, including port checks, cable tracing, hardware reboots, and device upgrades.

Education & Experience:
