Online Readiness Program Manager

 

Description:

OSI Engineering is seeking an experienced and highly strategic Online Readiness Program Manager to support a globally leading technology company in managing the planning, strategy, and flawless execution of high-impact product and program launches across global online storefronts. The individual will serve as the central coordination point, working cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners to ensure on-time, customer-centric, and seamless rollouts.

This role is pivotal in unifying diverse teams—including Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Legal, and more—to align on key launch priorities. The Program Manager will be responsible for maintaining the online plan of record, managing execution timelines, ensuring cross-functional alignment, mitigating risks, and providing clear and consistent leadership communication.

The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, an agile thinker, and a highly organized professional who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Their role will be central to driving operational excellence by integrating people, processes, and technologies with a relentless focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact across all teams and workflows, ensuring launch integrity and customer experience.

  • Collaborate on online launch strategy and manage content and feature rollout plans with clear deliverables and deadlines.

  • Track shifting priorities and manage trade-offs involving multiple teams including Worldwide Product Marketing, Marcom, Digital Merchandising, Finance, and Retail Commercial.

  • Lead detailed operational planning, readiness tracking, and systems implementation in collaboration with Operations, RCC, and IS&T teams.

  • Champion change management for new and evolving programs, collaborating with Product Management and IS&T.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA)

  • At least 6 years of program management experience tied to strategic initiatives

  • Proven ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams

  • Experience working across multiple levels in a highly matrixed organization

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Business-level proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree

  • Previous experience in eCommerce or multi-channel businesses

  • Ability to influence business strategy through data-driven insights

  • Strong storytelling and executive presentation skills

Job Type: Contract
Duration: 12 months (with potential for extension)
Work Mode: Hybrid (Austin, TX)
Salary: $60.00 to $75.00 per hour (depending on experience)
