The Operations Cleaner is primarily responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and work areas to ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and GMP standards. Working in the washroom and production areas, this position requires strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks on a 12-hour night shift schedule (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize production equipment and parts, including packaging and manufacturing tools.

• Maintain a clean production environment and washroom area.

• Conduct equipment swabbing and preventative maintenance as required.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, WIs, Forms, and GMP guidelines.

• Consistently perform work with a focus on safety, compliance, and quality standards.

• Communicate effectively with co-workers, management, and other departments.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to routinely lift up to 55 pounds.

• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.

• Willingness to work overtime to meet business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience operating electric pallet jacks and RICO tote movers.

• Demonstrated computer skills including data entry, email, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or sanitation role highly desirable.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $32,628 – $44,864 annually (approx. $2,719 – $3,738 per month) plus 5% discretionary bonus.
