Description:

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with execution and tracking of effective portfolio-wide outreach/marketing strategies, plans, campaigns and tactics to promote energy efficiency among targeted customer segments and help achieve client goals.
  • Support local Outreach/Marketing team to achieve program goals, and outreach/marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Assist with coordination of in-person, on-site outreach events to support market engagement and education. Support logistics for in-person, onsite conferences, events and presentations.
  • Work with Outreach team to ensure customer/contractor projects are tracked and reported properly and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with invoicing for outreach/marketing purchases and maintaining inventory of marketing/outreach collateral and products.
  • Provide project management support and regular reporting.
  • Achieve quick, accurate and timely data entry of project work and program documentation.
  • Assist with application data entry, database management, database update and maintenance.
  • Assist program managers with effective facilitation of team and client meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, tracking action items, and proactively following up on action items.
  • Fielding and logging telephone calls, emails and online chats from customers and contractors.
  • Scanning, copying, uploading of documentation; maintaining files.
  • Invoicing and budget management.
  • General office duties, including greeting visitors, receiving packages, managing mail, office supplies and logistics.
  • Preparing and mailing correspondence.
  • A strong passion for the energy efficiency/sustainability industry.
