Join one of Tribeca’s most modern and design-forward hotels as an Operations Manager, where you’ll take the lead in shaping exceptional guest experiences, ensuring smooth hotel operations, and cultivating a culture of excellence in hospitality. This role places you at the heart of hotel management, overseeing daily functions across multiple departments and leading a dynamic team with enthusiasm and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, engineering, and F&B departments.
Serve as the Manager on Duty, ensuring seamless operations in the absence of the General Manager.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team focused on service excellence and guest satisfaction.
Uphold high service standards, driving performance that delights and exceeds guest expectations.
Collaborate with leadership on financial reports, cost control measures, and operational efficiency.
Maintain compliance with brand standards, health, and safety regulations.
Be a visible, hands-on leader who sets the tone for positive guest and staff experiences throughout the property.
What We’re Looking For:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel operations, F&B, or rooms management.
Strong leadership and supervisory background with a focus on people management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
Tech-savvy and proficient in hotel systems and Microsoft Office.
A genuine passion for hospitality, innovation, and creating memorable guest experiences.
