Operations Manager

Description:

Transdev North America is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations for autonomous vehicle testing. You’ll supervise Operations Supervisors and drivers, ensure safety and compliance, and drive process improvements. This role requires strong leadership, operational knowledge, and flexibility to work across shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise Operations Supervisors and vehicle drivers.

• Conduct driver evaluations, training, and performance management.

• Manage dispatch, incident response, and operational reporting.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives (Lean/Kaizen).

• Support 24/7 operations as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years operations experience; supervisory experience required.

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to travel (up to 20%) and work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions.

• Must be 21+, pass drug screen and background check.
