Description:

Net2Source Inc. is hiring an Oracle Fusion (PPM) Projects Grants Solution Architect for a long-term contract role based in Philadelphia, PA. This role requires an experienced techno-functional consultant who will provide strategic and hands-on solutions in Oracle SaaS Cloud, particularly focusing on PPM, Project Grants, and Fixed Asset modules. The position demands strong expertise in both Oracle SaaS and prior E-Business Suite implementations, data migration processes, and third-party integrations.

This is a critical on-site role suitable for candidates who possess deep functional knowledge, strong technical coordination skills, and the ability to work directly with clients to resolve issues and shape business solutions in the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and technical requirements to design comprehensive solutions in PPM, Project Grants, and Fixed Asset modules

• Coordinate SaaS configurations, data migration, validation, and reconciliation from legacy systems

• Create and maintain solution design documents and contribute to PaaS solution designs

• Collaborate with users and IT teams to address defects and system issues

• Provide functional and technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle

• Integrate Oracle SaaS with third-party systems, particularly in the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) domain

• Ensure compliance and best practices in system architecture and data mapping

Required Skills:

• 6–8 years of Oracle SaaS Cloud techno-functional experience in PPM, Project Grants, Fixed Assets

• 5–7 years of previous experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (Project Costing, Project Billing, Fixed Assets, Capex Projects)

• Strong understanding of Oracle Data Migration strategies

• Demonstrated ability to map legacy data into Oracle SaaS applications

• Hands-on experience with SaaS and PaaS solution designs

• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills

• Oracle SaaS Cloud certifications in PPM are required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)

• 12 to 15 years of experience in the IT profession

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and documentation skills
