Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM FCCS Consultant to support finance transformation initiatives. This role focuses on designing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) solutions to enhance consolidation, close, and financial reporting processes. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical expertise, financial knowledge, and hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, and deployment of Oracle FCCS applications supporting financial consolidation and close cycles.
- Configure metadata, dimensions, rules, calculations, and data integrations within FCCS.
- Develop and maintain financial reporting solutions, including Management Reports, Smart View, dashboards, and Financial Reports.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective FCCS solutions.
- Support data integrations from ERP, GL, and other source systems into FCCS.
- Ensure system alignment with GAAP/IFRS and internal reporting standards.
- Provide testing, training, and documentation for end users.
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver post-implementation support.
- Recommend best practices and process improvements for consolidation and close activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud – FCCS implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of financial close, consolidation, and reporting processes.
- Expertise in FCCS metadata, rules, calculations, and data mappings.
- Experience with Data Management, Data Integration, EPM Automate, or FDMEE.
- Proficiency in Management Reports, Smart View, and Financial Reporting (FR).
- Strong knowledge of accounting and consolidation concepts, including intercompany eliminations, currency translation, journal adjustments, and equity pickup.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a contract environment.
