Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle SCM Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role involves technical leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and end-to-end project execution to drive seamless Oracle SCM transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle SCM solutions.
✅ Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
✅ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Oracle SCM team.
✅ Ensure successful project delivery within timelines and budget.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ 10-15 years of experience in Oracle SCM solutions.
✔ Expertise in Oracle SCM modules (Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing).
✔ Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Cloud SCM applications.
✔ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
➕ Knowledge of Oracle Financials & Oracle Procurement.
➕ Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware & Oracle Database (SQL).
➕ Understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite & Oracle BI.
➕ Familiarity with Oracle ERP, Oracle Application Framework & Oracle SOA Suite.
➕ Exposure to project management methodologies.
