Description:

EY (Ernst & Young) is seeking an experienced Oracle Services Senior Manager specializing in Quote-to-Revenue processes within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sectors. This leadership position offers the opportunity to drive complex system implementation projects, guide cross-functional teams, and deliver innovative business transformation solutions leveraging Oracle and Zuora applications.

The Oracle Services team at EY partners with global clients to plan, execute, and manage full lifecycle initiatives — optimizing operations through automation, strategic process design, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end program delivery for complex, multi-platform Oracle and Zuora implementations focused on Quote-to-Revenue transformation.

• Oversee stakeholder alignment and manage client expectations across finance, IT, and operational divisions.

• Direct large teams of consultants and project managers, ensuring on-time, high-quality deliverables.

• Develop system architectures and design solutions to meet client-specific needs.

• Manage scope, risks, budgets, and project timelines to ensure successful outcomes.

• Collaborate with pursuit teams to craft proposals, responses to RFPs, and Statements of Work (SOWs).

• Guide implementation using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

• Mentor and coach junior staff, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.

• Foster client relationships by delivering strategic insights and innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in project management and 3+ years in SaaS solution architecture.

• Proven expertise with Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, NetSuite, or Zuora Billing/Revenue systems.

• Experience leading at least 5 Full Life Cycle Implementations involving Quote-to-Revenue processes and 2+ complete ERP implementations (Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay).

• Prior consulting experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering client-centric solutions.

• Strong understanding of system development lifecycle, technology frameworks, and enterprise architecture.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Willingness to travel as required for client projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (MBA, MS in Information Systems, or Computer Science).

• Vendor certifications in Oracle Cloud Applications, NetSuite, or Zuora.

• Prior experience in Technology, Media, or Telecommunications (TMT) industries.

• Exposure to CRM and CPQ systems, and integration with downstream billing/revenue processes.

• Experience supporting systems integration for mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.
