Osha Associate

Description:

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on mentorship and direct client exposure in a high-volume, nationally prominent practice. The Associate will also assist with OSHA regulatory advocacy on behalf of national employers and industry associations, as well as with training programs for client safety teams, in-house legal staff, and operations leaders. We offer meaningful opportunities to write, publish, and speak, including through the firm's annual Workplace Safety Symposium, for those interested in building their professional presence in the OSH field.

Requirements
 

• Juris Doctor required. Candidates must be admitted to The Florida Bar or be eligible for admission and must maintain an active license in good standing throughout their employment. Current 3L law students (graduating in 2027) will be considered.
• Experience in workplace safety and health or OSHA-related matters, whether gained at a law firm, government agency, or in-house setting, is preferred.
• Prior work experience as a safety professional before law school is viewed favorably.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills; strong organizational skills; the ability to manage multiple priorities; a demonstrated interest in workplace safety and health law; and a passion for client service and practice development.
