Outbound Sales Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on Outbound Sales Manager to build and scale a high-performing outbound program from the ground up. This role will lead a Philippine-based SDR team and own strategy, execution, and results in a fast-growing, service-driven organization expanding nationwide.

This is a fully remote role working Pacific Time hours.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, launch, and optimize a full outbound sales motion
  • Build and scale an offshore SDR team
  • Select and implement the outbound tech stack
  • Develop messaging, cadences, and multichannel prospecting strategies
  • Drive pipeline, performance metrics, and accountability
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to align targeting and handoff

Must Have

  • Experience building an outbound or SDR program from scratch
  • Experience hiring and leading offshore or international SDR teams
  • Strong B2B prospecting and multichannel outreach background
  • Track record leading teams selling a service, not just SaaS
  • Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach

Nice to Have

  • Employer of Record (EOR) experience
  • Facilities, cleaning, or operational services background
