As a Retail Outlet Sales Experience Specialist, you will focus on consultative selling, helping customers find the perfect furniture solutions for their homes while delivering exceptional service. Success in this position depends on strong communication, active listening, teamwork, and organizational skills. You will work closely with other sales associates to meet goals and maintain a welcoming showroom atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
