LifeStance Health, one of the fastest-growing behavioral health providers in the U.S., is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join its newly established team in Mishawaka, Indiana. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-focused behavioral healthcare.

• Provide medication management and psychotherapy services to adults, children, and adolescents (or across the lifespan).

• Conduct outpatient visits in-person and via telemedicine (hybrid care model).

• Collaborate with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and other clinical staff.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Indiana state license with Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a PMHNP.

• Experience in both psychotherapy and medication management.

• Strong commitment to evidence-based care and patient well-being.

• Full-time availability (40 hours per week).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Highly competitive salary: $190,000 – $250,000 annually (equivalent to $15,833 – $20,833 monthly).
