Output Solutions Data Analyst

What does a successful Output Solutions Data Analyst do? A successful Output Solutions Data Analyst at Fiserv will leverage data to drive actionable insights and enhance our output solutions. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will aid in the optimization of processes, ensuring we meet our clients’ needs efficiently. Your expertise will support data-driven decisions, impacting both strategic planning and day-to-day operations. As part of Fiserv, you will contribute to transforming financial services technology for the benefit of our clients.

What You Will Do
 

  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, providing meaningful insights to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate complex data insights effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
  • Utilize statistical analysis techniques to solve business problems and optimize output processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regular data validation and auditing.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
  • Support the implementation of data solutions and initiatives to drive business growth.
     

What You Will Need To Have
 

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with business analysis, data analysis, and/or machine learning.
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • 3+ years of experience in statistical analysis and data modeling.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar.
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics/Computer Science/Data Science or related field and/or equivalent military or work experience.
     

What Would Be Great To Have
 

  • Certification in data analysis or business intelligence (e.g., Certified Data Analyst, Power BI Certification).
  • 2+ years experience using generative AI or machine learning models.
  • 3+ years of experience in R and/or Python.
  • 3+ years of experience in statistical analysis using packages such as SAS.
  • 3+ years of programming experience with frameworks, including XML, JavaScript, and ETL.

Important Information About This Role
 

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
