Key Responsibilities:
Proactively prospect, identify, and close new business with healthcare providers, clinics, distributors, and staffing agencies.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
Deliver impactful product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to clients and partners.
Collaborate closely with the company founders on strategy, operations, and scaling initiatives.
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and healthcare industry conferences.
Support startup operations, including CRM management, order fulfillment, and supplier coordination, within a dynamic and high-energy team environment.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of successful sales experience in medical, diagnostics, or related industries.
Driven individuals without direct sales experience but with strong ambition and a hunter’s mindset are also encouraged to apply.
Ability to multitask, handle outside sales activities, and contribute to operational needs simultaneously.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Willingness to travel regionally and nationally (up to 50%).
What We Offer:
Competitive compensation with a base salary of $50000 annually (~$4166 monthly) plus uncapped commission structure, with realistic OTE earnings ranging from $50000 to $120000+.
