Outside Sales Representative

Description:

BrandSafway is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Greater Los Angeles Area. The role involves developing new customer relationships, servicing existing clients, providing technical advice, and pursuing leads in the commercial and construction markets. You will also assist with bidding on jobs, manage job site records, and support revenue growth. The role includes developing strategies for growing accounts and increasing market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new customers and pursue valuable leads.

• Service current clients by responding to their needs and providing technical advice.

• Maintain accurate records for job sites and generate required reports.

• Assist with bidding and material takeoffs.

• Manage equipment and labor availability.

• Clarify terms and conditions with customers.

• Work with engineering and operations teams as needed.

• Generate revenue in commercial and construction markets.

• Grow and develop relationships with new and existing accounts.

• Entertain clients and maintain a professional appearance.

• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar discipline.

• 3-5 years of outside sales experience in the construction field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret business and technical materials.

• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, commissions, and percentages.

• Strong problem-solving skills in practical, variable situations.

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
