Outside Sales Representative

Description:

Statewide Remodeling, part of the Renuity family, is seeking Outside Sales Representatives to join their high-performance team across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and New Mexico. This role is focused on selling premium home improvement solutions with no cold calling—all appointments are pre-qualified and set for you, allowing you to focus purely on building relationships and closing deals.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with homeowners to promote remodeling products and services

• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and negotiate contracts

• Achieve sales goals through discipline, ambition, and a positive attitude

• Attend 2–3 pre-set, pre-qualified appointments daily

• Maintain a full-time schedule, including evenings and Saturdays

• Collaborate with mentors and leadership to continuously improve

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Persuasive, driven, and positive with a strong sense of ambition

• Background in hospitality, real estate, mortgage, solar, or other B2C sales (preferred but not required)

• Public speaking confidence and professional communication skills

• Adaptable and willing to learn

• Own a reliable vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license
