What You’ll Do:

1. Master Our Process with Hands-On Training:

Warehouse Operations: Learn the ins and outs of our distribution process, from inventory management to order fulfillment, ensuring you understand how our products move from our warehouse to your customers’ hands.

Customer Service Excellence: Get trained on our gold-standard customer service expectations, empowering you to deliver solutions that exceed client needs.

Product Knowledge: Become an expert in our high-quality lawn and garden equipment, parts, and accessories, giving you the confidence to represent our brand.

2. Build Relationships and Grow Business:

Strengthen Existing Accounts: Partner with current clients to understand their needs, offer innovative solutions, and help their businesses grow through our reliable products and support.

Win New Accounts: Prospect and close new business with lawn and garden repair shops, dealers, and professionals, turning leads into loyal partners.

Be a Trusted Advisor: Use your expertise to provide tailored recommendations, troubleshoot challenges, and drive customer success.

What We’re Looking For:

• A self-motivated go-getter with a passion for sales and relationship-building.

• Experience in B2B sales or the lawn and garden industry is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right candidate!

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your assigned territory.
