FHIA Remodeling, a Renuity company, is looking for motivated and driven Outside Sales Representatives to join their growing team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is an excellent opportunity to earn a lucrative income while helping homeowners transform their living spaces with high-quality remodeling services. Representatives can expect to earn between $150,000 to $200,000+ annually, with top performers exceeding $400,000 per year, thanks to an uncapped commission structure.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering professional and engaging in-home sales presentations, promoting remodeling products and services, and building strong client relationships. You will work directly with decision-makers in their homes, presenting tailored solutions to meet their needs and guiding them through the sales process. The role requires dedication, persistence, and a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home sales presentations showcasing remodeling products and services.

• Apply consistent effort and maintain a positive attitude to achieve sales targets.

• Develop, present, and negotiate contracts with clients.

• Set and track personal sales goals while contributing to overall company growth.

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

• Work a full schedule with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:

• Must be self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license required.

• Previous sales experience preferred (In-Home Sales, B2C Sales, Windows/Doors, Bath/Kitchen Remodeling, Roofing, HVAC, Solar, or Automotive Sales).

• Ability to build rapport with customers, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
