Part-time Manager

Description:

Claire’s, a global fashion retailer with over 3,000 stores, is seeking a Part-Time Manager / 3rd Key Holder to support the store management team in achieving sales targets and ensuring smooth store operations. This role involves customer service, sales, merchandising, store maintenance, and keyholder responsibilities in the absence of other management staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Customer Service:
  ✅ Drive sales by delivering friendly and efficient customer service.
  ✅ Ensure customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
  ✅ Assist customers with queries using product knowledge and demonstrate Claire’s products.

• Store Operations & Keyholder Duties:
  ✅ Open and close the store in the absence of store management while ensuring safety and compliance.
  ✅ Assist in processing store deliveries, markdowns, promotions, and stock takes.
  ✅ Maintain a visually appealing and well-organized store.

• Ear Piercing (Training Provided):
  ✅ Perform ear piercing services after receiving full training.

• Physical Requirements:
  ✅ Ability to stand during scheduled shifts.
  ✅ Lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
  ✅ Perform bending, reaching, stooping, and climbing ladders for stocking merchandise.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Education: Some high school required
✅ Experience: Minimum 1 year in retail
✅ Skills:

• Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate POS systems
• Strong customer service understanding
• Good math and reading comprehension skills

Compensation & Benefits:

💰 Hourly Pay: $9.50 - $11.00 per hour (final pay based on experience, location, and qualifications)
