Partner Account Manager

Description:

As a Partner Account Manager for Cisco within Red Hat’s Ecosystem Team, you will lead the North American Cisco partner team. This role involves aligning Red Hat’s markets, solutions, and technologies with Cisco’s initiatives, developing sales strategy and product priorities for the alliance, and working cross-functionally with product, sales, engineering, and partner teams at both companies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute technology vision, strategy, and product plans for the Cisco/Red Hat alliance in North America

• Drive planning and commitment between Red Hat and Cisco sales/product leadership

• Identify key areas of alignment focused on specific industries and growth markets

• Co-develop joint success plans for the North American market

• Engage senior stakeholders across sales, marketing, product, engineering, and services to build relationships and drive go-to-market strategies

• Evangelize Red Hat products and technologies to partners and channel stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Extensive business development experience with senior leadership collaboration

• Deep knowledge of Cisco partner sales motions and product lines

• Expertise in enterprise software and infrastructure technologies like Hybrid Cloud, Kubernetes, AI, Edge

• Strong cross-team collaboration skills

• Creative, curious, professional, and with a sense of humor
