Description:
We are looking for an experienced Contract Program Manager to oversee and manage our projects with a focus on accounting systems, data projects, and payments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these areas and will be adept at communicating with executive stakeholders. This role requires a self-starter who can take ownership of problems from identification to resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Accounting Systems: Utilize your expertise in accounting systems to oversee related projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Data Projects: Manage data-related projects, including data analysis, data migration, and data integration.
- Payments: Oversee payment-related projects, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new payment systems and processes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and resolve issues promptly, taking ownership of problems from start to finish.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in program management, with a focus on accounting systems, data projects, and payments.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to executive stakeholders.
- Self-Starter: Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects to successful completion.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as a solid understanding of accounting systems and data management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certifications: PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certifications.
- Industry Experience: Experience in auto financing is a plus.
