Payroll Benefits Administrator

Responsibilities: As our Payroll & Benefits Generalist, you'll be the backbone of our HR team, ensuring seamless operations in payroll and benefits processes.

Your main duties will include:

  • Collaborating with the team to run semi-monthly payroll and conduct audit functions.
  • Managing all aspects of benefit plan administration, including open enrollment and new hire enrollment.
  • 401K plan administration and addressing employee queries.
  • Processing benefit invoices accurately and conducting quarterly audits for compliance.
  • Handling employment-related inquiries and verifications, while staying updated on HR trends and regulations.
  • Collaborating with the Talent & Culture team on employee engagement events.

 

Requirements: To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree a plus.
  • At least five years of experience in human resources, with a focus on payroll and benefits processing.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and the ability to learn HRIS systems quickly
