- Ability to demonstrate core solutions to clients / senior stakeholders

- Provide senior support or lead large / complex implementations

- Work with clients to define business & system requirements

- Experience on delivering within an end to end programme

- Ability to speak technically & non-technically within the levels of the organisation

- Consultancy experience is desired.
