Description:
A well-established and nationally recognized company with state-of-the-art corporate offices located near the Easton area is seeking a skilled HR / Payroll Associate to support their growing team. This role is ideal for an individual with foundational experience in both human resources and payroll, offering the opportunity to thrive in a positive and rewarding work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee files, ensuring all records are current and accurate.
Prepare and submit payroll hours for non-exempt staff on a timely basis.
Collect and input banking details for direct deposit setup; initiate deposits on scheduled paydays.
Ensure payroll records are thoroughly documented and maintained in compliance with company policies.
Address and resolve employee payroll-related inquiries professionally and promptly.
Distribute manual checks to various buildings weekly.
Assist the HR Department with administrative tasks and data entry.
Provide reception desk coverage as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a team-first attitude.
Required Qualifications:
At least 1–2 years of experience in both HR and payroll functions.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
