Description:
Required Skills & Experience:
• 10+ years of experience working with multiple versions of PeopleSoft and PeopleTools across HCM modules.
• Hands-on expertise in performing PeopleSoft and PeopleTools upgrades and patch installations using Change Assistant and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM).
• In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM applications (v9.2 PUM 39+ with Fluid technology) and PeopleTools (v8.59+).
• Experience administering middleware products such as Oracle WebLogic, PeopleSoft AppDesigner, and Oracle SQL.
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft security architecture and identity & access management solutions.
• Proven experience in server virtualization, debugging, and performance tuning in PeopleSoft environments.
• Expertise in PeopleSoft integration with Oracle RAC Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft and PeopleTools on UNIX systems (AIX preferred).
