Description:
Seeking an experienced, self-motivated, licensed Personal Lines Account Executive with a high standard of professionalism who can deliver consistent and exceptional results to join our growing agency group.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide superior customer service
- Review policies, identify exposures and make coverage recommendations for clients
- Account round existing accounts
- Educate clients on exclusions and exposures as well as resolve their concerns and issues
- Work with the carriers to access their underwriting practices when placing coverage
- Remarket accounts to our many insurance companies
- Assist with binding coverage and reviewing new and renewal business policies for accuracy
- Assist with coverage inquiries, claims, billing and mortgagee requests
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 2 years of personal lines experience handling accounts with an in-depth knowledge of insurance products, coverages and underwriting guidelines
- Active Property and Casualty license
- Proficiency with Special Agent a plus, insurance rating software, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to juggle multiple clients
