Description:

HUB International, one of the world’s largest insurance brokers, is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their expanding team in Anchorage, Alaska. This role offers flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid environment, provided the candidate resides in Alaska.

The Account Manager will play a key role in servicing the day-to-day needs of clients, managing renewals, resolving claim issues, and providing exceptional customer support. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and service all aspects of assigned personal lines insurance accounts.

• Handle daily client needs, including policy renewals, coverage updates, and inquiries.

• Conduct full account reviews at renewal and maintain accurate client information in the agency management system (EPIC).

• Assist clients with claims resolution and conflict management.

• Solicit client referrals and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Uphold HUB’s standards for integrity, professionalism, and customer advocacy.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance account management (personal lines experience preferred).

• Familiarity with EPIC insurance management software is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.

• Must reside in the state of Alaska.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Minimal travel required.
