Description:
HUB International, one of the world’s largest insurance brokers, is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their expanding team in Anchorage, Alaska. This role offers flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid environment, provided the candidate resides in Alaska.
The Account Manager will play a key role in servicing the day-to-day needs of clients, managing renewals, resolving claim issues, and providing exceptional customer support. Manage and service all aspects of assigned personal lines insurance accounts.
Handle daily client needs, including policy renewals, coverage updates, and inquiries.
Conduct full account reviews at renewal and maintain accurate client information in the agency management system (EPIC).
Assist clients with claims resolution and conflict management.
Solicit client referrals and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Uphold HUB’s standards for integrity, professionalism, and customer advocacy.
2–5 years of experience in insurance account management (personal lines experience preferred).
Familiarity with EPIC insurance management software is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
Must reside in the state of Alaska.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Minimal travel required.
