Physical Therapist

Description:

Trinity Health is seeking a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join their team in Mason City, Iowa. This role involves evaluating and treating patients of all ages, developing customized treatment plans, and collaborating closely with physicians, speech-language pathologists (SLPs), occupational therapists (OTs), and other physical therapists (PTs). The therapist will engage families and support systems to ensure patients meet their functional and recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a diverse range of patients in an outpatient setting.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, SLPs, OTs, and PTs.

• Engage patients’ families/support systems in the rehabilitation process.

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Licensed in Iowa (or ability to obtain).

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification within 3 months of hire.

• Mandatory Reporter certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Previous work experience is not required.
