Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized one-on-one physical therapy sessions to patients

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapist (PT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois
