Mercy Hospital Jefferson is seeking a board certified or board eligible OBGYN Physician to join its established team in Festus, Missouri. The Mercy OB/GYN team includes four physicians, three advanced practitioners, and a dedicated support staff, all focused on providing high-quality patient care across a full spectrum of obstetric and gynecological services—from adolescence through menopause, including management of low- and high-risk pregnancies.

Physicians will participate in a 1:4 call rotation, with 24/7 access to Mercy Maternal Fetal Medicine and on-site Da Vinci robotic surgery capabilities. Mercy Hospital Jefferson is a 251-bed acute care facility offering comprehensive emergency, diagnostic, preventive, and restorative healthcare services, as well as being part of the largest primary care network and referral base in the Greater St. Louis area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care.

• Participate in call rotation (1:4).

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary Mercy team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

• Engage in physician-led leadership and patient-centric care initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications:
