Physician Assistant Primary Care

Description:

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking Kitchen Team Associates to prepare food, provide great customer service, and maintain a clean, safe, and friendly work environment. This role involves working at various stations such as the front counter, drive-through, and kitchen. No prior experience is required—full training is provided. Team members are expected to work in a fast-paced environment, follow food safety standards, and interact positively with guests and teammates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide an exceptional dining experience

• Serve food, handle transactions, and operate the cash register

• Prepare hot and cold foods using standard kitchen equipment

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

• Follow all operations standards, recipes, and safety procedures

• Work efficiently in a high-energy kitchen environment

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals

• Rotate between multiple positions as needed (Kitchen, Front Counter, Drive-Through)

Qualifications:

• Friendly, helpful, teamwork-oriented attitude

• Some high school education

• Operations or restaurant experience preferred but not required

• Food Handler certification may be required (depending on local laws)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to stand up to four hours

• Comfortable working in a hot, noisy environment

• Effective verbal communication skills

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle conflicts professionally
