Responsibilities

The Schafer Lab is seeking a Computational Postdoctoral Fellow to participate in NIH-funded Cellular Senescence Network Consortium brain spatial mapping research. Candidates should have bioinformatic or computational experience and an interest in exploring senescent cell identities through high-dimensional spatial transcriptomic, spatial proteomic, and/or single-cell sequencing platforms. Prior experience using any of these platforms is highly desirable. Candidates should have a strong work ethic and good oral and written communication skills. 

Qualifications
Must have a Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent doctoral degree in a field deemed relevant by the program. Research Fellow is appropriate for individuals who have completed no more than one prior postdoctoral fellowship,
