Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage wage and hour class action cases, including case development, mediation, settlement, and litigation in both state and federal courts.

  • Handle a small percentage (10%) of individual employment cases such as FEHA claims.

  • Collaborate closely with partners, contribute to case strategy, and manage client relationships.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior associates as needed.

  • Operate independently with a high level of initiative and professionalism.

    • Base salary: $120000–$200000 annually

    • 10% annual bonus

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–7 years of relevant employment litigation experience, with a solid focus on wage and hour class action cases.

  • Proven ability to handle case management, legal writing, client interaction, and court appearances.

  • Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
