Plant Controller

Description:

Venteon is currently seeking a Controller. The ideal candidate will be a critical contributor to the company’s overall financial success.

Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the Controller will lead and/or advise on all financial decisions for the plant. Execute core financial objectives, conduct financial analysis, prepare balance sheets and forecasts, among many other tasks.

Requirements of the Controller

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. Master’s degree a plus.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience and responsibility
• Strong computer and Microsoft Office experience
• Supervisory experience a plus
• Experience at a Plant level location with experience in accounting, budgeting and forecasting
• An extremely strong work ethic
