Plant Controller

Description:

Venteon is currently seeking a Financial Controller. The ideal candidate will be a critical contributor to the company’s overall financial success.

The Controller is responsible for financial and monthly management of accounts-budgets, business plans, secretarial duties, insurance, fixed assets and operating equipment. Responsibility also extends to the day-to-day control of cashing up procedures as well as revenue reporting and control of cash management.

Requirements of the Controller

• Experience managing accounts payables, receivables, payroll, banking and cash.
• Demonstrates expertise in a variety of field’s concepts, practices and procedures.
• Proven track record of success
• Full working knowledge of work-in-process and job costing within manufacturing or engineering organization.

Education and Experience of the Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics, CPA preferred.
• 7 years minimum experience in accounting / finance
