We are seeking an experienced Platform & SRE Engineer with strong expertise in Python automation, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability to build scalable, reliable, and self-service platform solutions.
🔑 Must-Have Skills:
✅ 5+ years of Python development & automation
✅ 4+ years building operational tooling, automation frameworks, or platform services
✅ 4+ years of Linux administration & shell scripting
✅ 3+ years with Prometheus, Grafana, monitoring, logging & alerting
✅ 3+ years of CI/CD – Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.
✅ 3+ years of Kubernetes & Docker in enterprise environments
✅ Strong SQL & database fundamentals
✅ APIs, microservices & distributed architectures
✅ OAuth2, SSO & JWT
✅ Strong platform engineering & reliability mindset
🚀 Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain Python-based platform automation
• Develop reusable frameworks for deployment, monitoring, remediation & self-service
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Drive observability initiatives and reliability improvements
• Support Kubernetes-based application platforms
• Analyze application, infrastructure & database performance
• Reduce operational toil through automation
• Collaborate with application and engineering teams to improve platform adoption
⭐ Nice to Have:
• Ansible, Terraform, Helm or other IaC tools
• Internal Developer Platform / Platform Engineering experience
• Self-healing or auto-remediation solutions
• SRE practices including SLIs, SLOs & error budgets
