Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sewer and drain cleaning, including main line clearings using hydro-jetters, sewer snakes, and cameras.

• Conduct video inspections to identify and locate blockages accurately.

• Diagnose and resolve sewer and drain issues, recommending long-term solutions to prevent recurring problems.

• Handle emergency plumbing calls with professionalism and efficiency.

• Carry out residential plumbing repairs, including diagnosing and fixing water heaters, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and drain/water lines.

• Install piping upgrades, shutoff valves, and residential plumbing fixtures.

• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites at all times.

• Use mobile devices for documentation and communication with customers.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with homeowners regarding issues and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in sewer and drain cleaning, as well as residential plumbing services.

• Skilled in the use of hydro-jetters, augers, sewer cameras, and locating equipment.

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.

• Capable of working independently with a focus on quality, safety, and customer service.

• Physically able to work in basements, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments.

• Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Clean, professional appearance and excellent communication skills.

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
