Austin Plastic Surgeon, a leading plastic surgery and aesthetics practice, is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of its three clinic locations in Austin and San Antonio. This role requires a dynamic leader with expertise in healthcare operations, team leadership, and financial management to ensure seamless practice performance, enhanced patient experience, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Practice Operations Management

📌 Oversee day-to-day operations of three clinics, ensuring efficiency, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
📌 Streamline workflows and optimize patient care while managing scheduling and office processes.

Staff Management and Development

📌 Supervise and motivate department leads and staff to maintain high standards of patient care.
📌 Oversee recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
📌 Conduct staff meetings to align teams with business objectives.

Financial Management

📌 Manage the practice’s financial performance, budgeting, and reporting.
📌 Ensure accurate billing, patient collections, and revenue cycle optimization.

Patient Experience & Satisfaction

📌 Address patient concerns and implement strategies for improved service delivery.
📌 Oversee patient intake and consultation processes for a seamless experience.
📌 Implement and monitor patient satisfaction surveys.

Regulatory Compliance & Quality Control

📌 Ensure adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and healthcare industry regulations.
📌 Oversee infection control protocols and patient safety measures.

Marketing & Business Development

📌 Collaborate with the marketing team to expand the patient base and enhance the clinic’s brand presence.
📌 Oversee digital marketing efforts, social media engagement, and community outreach.

Technology & Systems Management

📌 Manage and optimize practice management software, CRM, and EHR systems.
📌 Ensure staff training on software updates for operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
✔ 5+ years of healthcare management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in a medical or surgical practice.
✔ Previous experience in plastic surgery or aesthetics healthcare (preferred).
✔ Strong understanding of medical office operations, including scheduling, billing, coding, and insurance processes.
✔ Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
✔ Proficiency in practice management software and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
✔ Knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, OSHA).
✔ Financial acumen in budgeting and revenue cycle management.

Preferred Skills:
