Description:
The Precision Technology Product Business Lead, is the Global subject matter expert primarily passionate about identifying Customer needs by product line working directly with the Precision Technology Business Owner Team . They will manage product value by communicating priorities and clear messaging to our Development teams and Brand Marketing Groups . Although Product centric, t hey will be passionate about ensuring that maximum customer value is crafted , enabled by direct access to our Customer groups.
Responsibilities
- Global subject matter expert for Precision Technology solutions , cross -B rand , cross- Region and cross - Customer segment.
- Deepen both Customer and Market understanding across CNH by connecting product teams to the market, C ustomer segments and target personas.
- Provide Product needs and priorities cross customer segment and communicate clear product roadmaps (provided by Technical Product Management).
- Identify and maintain a prioritized Customer Need List for Product area.
- Define and communicate the clear value proposition arou nd product solutions.
- Benchmark competition and consolidate to understand co mpetitive dynamics and messaging .
- Discover and define clear go to market strategies aligned with the business by explaining the why and when working directly with our Strategic Marketing, Brand s and Regional teams .
- Shape and communicate how the world thinks about the product providing clear positioning and clear messaging.
- Encourage both internal s and external s to tell the story .
- Lead product launch reviews to communicate product information detail to internal collaborators - Brands, Regions, Global Product Platforms (GP P ’s) and Aftermarket organizations.
- At Product release, communicate the Marketing positioning canvas – explaining the “ What ” , the “ How ” and the “ Why does it matter ” .
- Enforces customer validation efforts of Product solutions .
Qualifications
- B achelor's degree in Agriculture , Agricultural Business Management , Marketing or relevant field and 6+ years of experience with the sales and support of p recision f arming and g uidance systems , practices and usage of agricultural equipment and working with farmers and dealers .
- E xperience working in a product marketing, product management or product development role.
- E xperience leading complex tasks with multiple stakeholders in a collaborative environment .
- Ability to t ravel up to 2 0 % of the time .
