This high-impact position focuses on transforming and optimizing Workday Financials systems across multiple departments including Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Revenue Operations. This role is ideal for a Workday-certified professional with deep experience in Workday Financials configuration, reporting, automation, and integration, combined with a strong understanding of financial business processes and stakeholder collaboration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Workday Financials enhancements, including configuration, testing, validation, and deployment

  • Serve as a Workday SME (Subject Matter Expert), translating business needs into effective system solutions

  • Partner with Finance and Accounting to identify inefficiencies and propose automation strategies

  • Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decisions

  • Oversee and ensure smooth Workday upgrades and new feature adoption, maintaining system integrity

  • Continuously identify and execute system and process optimization opportunities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness

  • Support end-user training, documentation, and change management to increase adoption and system self-sufficiency


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in a Workday Financials role (business systems analysis, administration, or implementation)

  • Deep knowledge of Workday Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Revenue, Expenses, Banking, and Settlements

  • Experience in Workday reporting tools such as Advanced Reporting, Calculated Fields, Composite Reports, and Dashboards

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with ability to work across departments


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday Financials certification (Core, Procurement, Reporting, etc.)

  • Familiarity with integration tools like EIB and BIRT

  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and driving operational efficiencies


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $127,500 to $191,250 annually ($10625–$15937.5 per month)
