Procurement & Order Management Specialist

 

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and operations-driven Procurement & Order Management Specialist to support high-volume purchasing and supply chain activities within a fast-paced corporate environment.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless procurement execution, accurate purchase order processing, and timely invoice resolution while delivering exceptional internal customer support.

The ideal candidate brings strong SAP SRM expertise, procurement operations experience, and the ability to efficiently manage large transaction volumes in an onsite collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Execute end-to-end purchase order creation and management
  • Perform daily procurement and order placement activities
  • Support high-volume transactional purchasing operations
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance across procurement workflows
  • Provide responsive customer service support for order and procurement inquiries
  • Maintain procurement documentation and system updates within SAP SRM
  • Monitor order lifecycle to ensure timely fulfillment and issue resolution
     

Required Qualifications
 

  • Experience with SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) - Required
  • Strong background in procurement / purchasing / order management
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions
  • Experience handling invoice resolution and vendor coordination
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
