Product Design Manager

 

Description:

Key Responsibilities

1- Lead end-to-end ODM design for bag products (e.g., backpacks, tote bags) targeting U.S. supermarket clients, from concept to final sign-off.

2- Apply expertise from top brands (e.g., Adidas, Nike) to ensure designs balance functionality, aesthetics, and market appeal for U.S. consumers.

3- Collaborate with production and sales teams to optimize designs for manufacturability, cost efficiency, and supermarket retail requirements.

4- Research U.S. bag market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products to deliver data-driven design solutions.

5- Communicate directly with U.S. clients to present concepts, incorporate feedback, and iterate designs promptly.

 

 

Requirements

1- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Fashion Design, or related field.

2- 3+ years of bag/accessory design experience at renowned brands (e.g., Adidas, Nike, Under Armour).

3- Familiarity with U.S. supermarket standards, bag product regulations, and consumer behavior.

4- Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Creative Suite, CAD (e.g., SolidWorks), and 3D modeling software.

5- Fluent English (written/spoken) for client and team collaboration.

6- Portfolio required: Showcase bag/accessory design projects with clear role descriptions.
