Product Engineering Manager

Description:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

2. Management / Supervisor experience

3. Experience with ERP / BOM Systems

4. Experience in the truck equipment industry is preferred

5. Proficient in SolidWorks

6. Basic knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems is a plus

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

8. Must be able to maintain, be responsible for, and keep current on scheduled workload

9. Ability to see situations from a variety of viewpoints (customer, employee, management, etc.)

10. Occasional travel, valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.

11. Ability to work with all levels of the organization

12. Must be a team player with high integrity and strong work ethics to meet company goals.
