Description:

IC Resources, a leading recruitment and consulting firm, is partnering with a prominent global e-commerce client to hire a Product Manager experienced in 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

This exciting 6+ month contract role offers an opportunity to work on new initiatives and product launches within a globally recognized organization. The position is primarily remote, but there is a strong preference for candidates based in Austin, Texas, to allow occasional on-site collaboration.

As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining product requirements, coordinating between technical teams and business stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of logistics and warehouse solutions. You’ll translate operational needs and technical workflows into structured product roadmaps that align with the company’s strategic goals in logistics, warehousing, and e-commerce.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and operations to deliver new logistics and warehouse management solutions.

  • Define and document product requirements and ensure alignment with business and customer needs.

  • Lead product lifecycle processes using Agile methodologies.

  • Translate complex workflows and technical processes into actionable product specifications.

  • Manage product backlogs, user stories, and sprint planning using tools such as Jira and Confluence.

  • Oversee product development and ensure timely and quality delivery.

  • Contribute to the rollout of new product features and improvements, supporting both technical and business teams.

  • Leverage your experience in 3PL logistics or WMS software to enhance operational efficiency and optimize warehouse workflows.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in product management and Agile methodology.

  • Proven experience with 3PL logistics or warehouse management systems.

  • Background in SaaS or eCommerce platforms.

  • Proficiency with product management tools (Jira, Confluence).

  • Strong understanding of warehouse technology (barcodes, scanners, dimensioners, printers).

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interfacing with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
