Product Manager

Description:

As a Product Manager, you will be a key driver in shaping the product vision, strategy, and execution of the Vault CRM Suite, which integrates CRM, campaign management, sales planning, events, and contact center capabilities into one unified platform. You will collaborate with product leaders, developers, UX designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to build innovative solutions that revolutionize customer engagement in the life sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the full product lifecycle, from ideation and design to launch and adoption.

• Collaborate with product management leaders to translate market trends, customer feedback, and emerging technologies into actionable product requirements.

• Drive the development of innovative AI features that enhance productivity and customer engagement within the Vault CRM Suite.

• Work closely with engineering, UX, and QA teams to create detailed specifications that deliver intuitive, high-impact solutions.

• Manage product backlogs, oversee agile processes, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality releases.

• Present roadmaps and new product demos to internal teams and external clients, gathering insights to refine strategy and direction.

• Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert, providing leadership and clarity across sales, services, and customer success teams.

• Ensure product features are delivered with measurable business value and are effectively adopted by end users.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of product management experience at a software company.

• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize customer feedback into clear product insights.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a curiosity-driven mindset.

• Demonstrated experience writing requirement specifications and leading agile software delivery.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

• High level of professional integrity, accountability, and independent motivation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the life sciences industry—especially commercial, medical, or field operations.

• Familiarity with AI technologies, such as conversational AI, recommendation systems, or large language models (LLMs).

• Background in configurable enterprise SaaS solutions or exposure to the Veeva Vault Platform.

• Technical background in software development or computer science is advantageous.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $75,000 - $165,000 per year
  (Equivalent to approximately $6,250 - $13,750 per month)

• Additional potential for performance bonuses and stock incentives based on experience, qualifications, and contributions.
